1. Member Service is a value-added network service established by VocaLab within its product services.
2. The ownership and operation rights of the Member Service, as well as the right to interpret the VocaLab membership system and activities, belong solely to VocaLab.
3. The Member Service adheres to the following purpose: to provide various more comprehensive online and offline value-added services for users who become members, promoting communication between members and between members and VocaLab.

1. Methods to become a member
1.1 Users can become VocaLab members through various existing channels. Members include regular members and VIP members. Regular members only need to register, while VIP members need to pay to activate the service and can only do so through channels allowed by the platform. iOS only supports purchase via Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP). When users use a specific method to join as a member, they must read and confirm the relevant user agreement and usage methods.
2. Member Identity Authentication. Users fill out and submit the registration form online. The content and personal data filled in the form must be true and valid; otherwise, VocaLab has the right to refuse the application or revoke the membership qualification without any compensation or refund of the membership fee. If a user's personal data changes, they should modify the registered personal data in a timely manner. Otherwise, the user shall bear the responsibility for any inability to fully and effectively exercise membership rights, and VocaLab has the right to cancel the membership qualification without any compensation or refund of the membership fee.
3. After successfully activating membership, users can enjoy multiple exclusive privileges and services. Regular members have the permission to purchase materials and services with coins. VIP members enjoy unlimited free download and usage rights for material templates and the service to remove the official VocaLab logo watermark from material templates. The validity period starts from the time the service is activated. The specific date can be queried by logging into the VocaLab Membership Recharge Center or the member's personal center page.
4. Before the VIP membership period expires, reminders will be sent via station messages to prompt members to renew. VIP members need to renew their fees to continue their membership. After the VIP membership period expires, VocaLab will stop providing VIP member services. Regular members do not need to pay.
5. The VocaLab member account and all virtual items within the account are owned by VocaLab. After completing the application registration process, the user obtains limited use rights to the VocaLab account.
6. VocaLab only provides related network services. Apart from this, the equipment required for related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile networks) and the necessary costs (such as telephone bills and internet fees for accessing the Internet, mobile phone charges for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.
7. Refund Policy: Due to the special nature of the service, refunds are not provided. Please purchase carefully.
1. During the valid membership period, members can prioritize participation in activities organized by VocaLab and enjoy various discounts and value-added services provided by VocaLab.
2. The service period of a member cannot be transferred between member accounts. Gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring, or selling accounts is prohibited. Otherwise, VocaLab has the right to cancel the membership service qualification of both the transferor and the transferee without notice, and any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the users themselves. VocaLab prohibits users from transferring member accounts and the virtual items therein, whether paid or unpaid, to avoid disputes arising from such account transfers. Users shall bear any losses incurred due to violating this requirement, and VocaLab reserves the right to pursue legal liability against the aforementioned actors.
3. If a member continuously violates the provisions of this charter, especially Section V Member Rules, or if VocaLab deems the member's behavior detrimental to the reputation and interests of VocaLab or others, VocaLab has the right to cancel the member's qualification without providing any compensation.
4. Members whose membership qualifications are canceled can no longer participate in activities organized by VocaLab and can no longer enjoy the various discounts and value-added services provided by VocaLab, meaning they no longer enjoy membership rights.
5. Members have the right not to participate in VocaLab activities.
1. Ensure the authenticity of registration information. When applying for member service and filling out the registration form, users must ensure that the information filled in is true and valid. VocaLab is not responsible for any problems caused by untrue registration information and the consequences arising therefrom.
2. Members equally enjoy the rights of membership while complying with the various rules and regulations of the Member Service.
3. Do not misuse other users' member accounts for registration or use. Once discovered, VocaLab will confiscate the member account and cancel the membership qualification without any compensation or refund of the membership fee.
4. Regulations for members using VocaLab Member Service
4.1 Must comply with the VocaLab User Agreement.
4.2 Must comply with the various service terms related to the Member Service provided by VocaLab. If violations occur that are sufficient to affect the reputation of VocaLab, the corresponding rights will be suspended until the membership qualification is canceled.
4.3 No member may use nicknames and signature files containing the following content. Once discovered, VocaLab has the right to cancel their membership qualification.
o Must not use the real names, pseudonyms, stage names, or pen names of party and state leaders or other celebrities;
o Must not use the names of state institutions or other organizations;
o Must not use uncivilized, unhealthy names, or include discriminatory, insulting, obscene, or pornographic words;
o Must not use content that is ambiguous, misleading to others, or otherwise does not comply with laws, regulations, rules, etc.
4.4 Users shall not privately make any form of commitments in the name of VocaLab or hold activities未经甜蜜轨迹允许. If any behavior occurs that damages the reputation, commercial interests, etc., of VocaLab, VocaLab has the right to cancel the member's qualification and reserves the right to further pursue legal liability for such behavior.
4.5 Users solely bear the responsibility for the content they publish and for downloading, disseminating, storing, and modifying content using any function of VocaLab.
4.6 The images used by members are uploaded by the members themselves. VocaLab only provides storage space and network services. VocaLab will not alter the works provided by members or use these works for any commercial purposes or profit-making activities. Simultaneously, VocaLab does not assume responsibility for the legality or rights of these works. Members guarantee that the works they upload fully comply with national laws, regulations, and policies and will not infringe upon any third party's legitimate rights and interests. Otherwise, the user shall bear all consequences arising therefrom. If losses are caused to VocaLab, the user shall be responsible for compensation.
4.7 VocaLab has the right to review the content and information uploaded by members. For illegal,违规, or allegedly infringing content, VocaLab has the right to delete it directly after notifying the user without bearing responsibility. However, the exercise of VocaLab's review right does not reduce the member's responsibility and obligations for the content they upload.

1.1 Proof of identity of the copyright owner, including ID card, corporate license, business license, and other valid identification documents;

2. Our intellectual property policy is to respond to and handle notices of claimed infringement that comply with the "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information" and other applicable intellectual property laws. If any unit or individual believes that links obtained through the VocaLab resource aggregation engine or links uploaded by users may infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests, they should promptly provide written feedback to the company, along with proof of identity, proof of ownership, and detailed proof of infringement.
3. Respecting member privacy is VocaLab's responsibility. VocaLab shall not disclose, edit, or reveal their registration data and stored non-public content without the member's authorization, except as required by law, etc.

1. For any members who participate in activities organized by VocaLab or use the various discounts and value-added services provided by VocaLab, if they suffer any personal or financial loss, damage, or injury, regardless of the cause, VocaLab is not responsible. Members can directly make claims against the provider of the product or service.
2. Members are fully responsible for their own actions and the actions of those they invite when participating in activities organized by VocaLab or using the various discounts and value-added services provided by VocaLab, including all illegal,违规, or negligent actions (whether intentional or not).
3. If VocaLab's system fails, affecting the normal operation of the Member Service, VocaLab承诺 to cooperate with relevant units and handle repairs promptly. However, VocaLab does not bear responsibility for any economic losses incurred by users as a result.

5. Users explicitly agree that the risk of using the VocaLab Member Service is borne by the user individually. VocaLab explicitly does not provide any type of guarantee, whether explicit or implied. VocaLab does not guarantee that the service will meet user requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted. It makes no guarantees regarding the timeliness, security, authenticity, occurrence of errors, absence of viruses, absence of negligence, or absence of technical flaws. VocaLab refuses to provide any guarantees, including whether information can be transmitted accurately, timely, and smoothly. Users understand and accept that downloading or obtaining any information materials through VocaLab services depends on the user themselves, who shall bear the risks of system damage, data loss, and any other risks.
1. Due to the occurrence of force majeure events affecting VocaLab, such as government actions or force majeure, leading to the inability to continue the Member Service, VocaLab will notify members as quickly as possible but shall not be liable for any losses caused to members thereby and will not refund the membership fee.
2. If a member continuously violates this Member Service charter, VocaLab has the right to cancel their membership qualification. The member or VocaLab may terminate one or more member services at any time based on the actual situation. If the member objects to subsequent clause modifications or is dissatisfied with VocaLab's services, they can exercise the following rights:
2.1 Stop using the Member Service;
2.2 Notify VocaLab to terminate the service for this member. After the member service ends, the member's right to use the member service terminates immediately, and VocaLab has no obligation to transmit any unprocessed information or uncompleted services to the member or a third party.
3. VocaLab has the right to modify these service terms as needed. The introductions, help, service information, and terms related to the Member Service published by VocaLab from time to time are part of these service terms. Users using the Member Service shall comply with the provisions and requirements of these service terms and the aforementioned related content. VocaLab owns the right to interpret these service terms and related information content.
4. If a member has any objection to the modification of these service terms, they can automatically give up membership qualification, but the paid membership fee will not be refunded.
